What is  an Ankara Print?
Ankara is the name of a popular fabric worn by Africans. 

It is known in different forms such as African Prints,African Wax,Holland Wax and Dutch Wax.
Funny enough it is also the capital of Turkey "in sure you didn't know that.

 Ankara Prints are basically 100% cotton with Vibrant patterns that can never go out of style!...
 Ankara prints have moved away from being the Traditional pattern worn only to traditional gatherings and religious events to cloth worn to any event whatsoever.

        Ankara prints are very versatile fabrics and so many things can be made from it like

hats,bangles,earrings,blazers,belt,clutch bag and big bags to mention a few.To make it even more versatile, Companies have most recently added Ankara prints on chiffon to make statements and stand out in any or every style because that's what we Africans do.
        Ankara prints can now be worn in various ways especially by ladies who rock it in one from or the other. It can be worn as a crop top over shorts, a jacket over skirts or pant trouser, High low waist skirt paired with a Peplum top which can also be paired with a nice pair of heels. A pair of blazers can be worn over an Ankara jumpsuit or an Ankara top over a pair of Jean trousers, Ankara turban with jeans, Ankara blazer with jeans to denim with an Ankara Peplum.
